This is an advert for Salad Magic dressings which was released in 1989. The adverts visual style was directly influenced by Giuseppe Arcimboldo's paintings and the later Dimensions of Dialogue stop-motion film by Jan Svankmajer.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.

The intro/title sequence for the X-Files series has always fascinated me with its combination of obscure imagery and haunting soundtrack. These elements perfectly represent the shows relationship with unexplainable phenomena and extraterrestrial forces.
I can still remember the first single (let alone CD) I ever purchased was the X-Files Theme. Still got it today. Haha.

PILOBOLUS

I believe the artists responsible for these fantastic creations are apart of an outsider Dance Theater company called PILOBOLUS. More specifically; PILOBOLUS CREATIVE SERVICES are a division within the company specializing in a wide range of movement services for film, advertising, publishing, commercial clients, and corporate events.
